Author Instructions
Everything you need to prepare, submit, and present your paper at ICCCMLA 2026.
1 · Manuscript preparation
- Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- Use the official IEEE conference paper template (LaTeX or MS Word, US Letter, two-column).
- Length: up to 6 pages including figures, tables, and references; extra pages are charged per the registration fees.
- Ensure the paper passes an originality / similarity check; IEEE applies a strict plagiarism policy (IEEE CrossCheck).
2 · Submission
- Submit through the ConfConnects portal.
- Submission deadline:
30 June 202615 July 2026 Extended. Acceptance notifications were sent on20 August10 September 2026 Revised — decisions were delayed by the review process. - All submissions undergo peer review.
3 · Camera-ready & publication
- Validate the final PDF through IEEE PDF eXpress before uploading.
- Complete the IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF) as prompted during the camera-ready step.

Current rates apply until 19 September; late fees apply from 20 September. - All accepted, registered, and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, subject to meeting IEEE's scope, quality, and formatting requirements; as with recent editions, papers that pass these checks appear in IEEE Xplore.
4 · Registration & presentation
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
- No-show policy: papers that are registered but not presented at the conference are treated as no-shows and are excluded from IEEE Xplore.
- The conference is held completely online. All presentations are live online, no travel is required, and no conference kits or meals are provided.
- Slides: prepare your talk on the official ICCCMLA 2026 presentation template below. It is 16:9, IEEE-branded, and carries speaker notes on every slide explaining what belongs there and roughly how long to spend on it.
