Refund & Cancellation Policy
How registration fees are handled in the event of cancellation.

Non-refundable fees
Registration fees for ICCCMLA 2026 are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except where the conference is cancelled in its entirety by the organizers (see below). Fees are exclusive of taxes and actual bank / payment-gateway charges.
Cancellation by the organizers
If the conference is cancelled in full by the organizers, paid registration fees will be refunded. Bank, tax, and payment-gateway charges already incurred are non-recoverable and may be deducted.
Change to online-only mode
The conference is hybrid. If circumstances require a change to online-only mode, the event will still take place and fees remain non-refundable; no kits or meals are provided for online participation.
Duplicate or erroneous payments
For duplicate or clearly erroneous payments, contact us within 7 days at convenericccmla@gmail.com with proof of payment; verified cases will be refunded net of transaction charges.
