Who we are
The data controller is the ICCCMLA 2026 organizing committee ("we"), reachable at convenericccmla@gmail.com. ICCCMLA 2026 is the 2026 IEEE 8th International Conference on Cybernetics, Cognition and Machine Learning Applications (IEEE Conference Record #71579).
What we collect
- Enquiries: when you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, and message.
- Submissions & registration: author and registration data are handled on a third-party platform (ConfConnects) under its own privacy terms.
- Technical data: standard server logs may record IP address and browser information.
How we use it & legal basis
We process enquiry data to respond to you (legitimate interest / your consent), and submission and registration data to administer peer review, publication, and attendance (contract and legitimate interest). We do not sell your data.
Third-party processors
Form messages are delivered via FormSubmit. Paper submission and review use ConfConnects. Maps and fonts may be served by Google. Each processes data under its own policy.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email convenericccmla@gmail.com.
