Author Instructions

Everything you need to prepare, submit, and present your paper at ICCCMLA 2026.

1 · Manuscript preparation

  • Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Use the official IEEE conference paper template (LaTeX or MS Word, US Letter, two-column).
  • Length: up to 6 pages including figures, tables, and references; extra pages are charged per the registration fees.
  • Ensure the paper passes an originality / similarity check; IEEE applies a strict plagiarism policy (IEEE CrossCheck).

2 · Submission

  • Submit through the ConfConnects portal.
  • Submission deadline: 30 June 2026. Acceptance notification on or before 20 August 2026.
  • All submissions undergo peer review.

3 · Camera-ready & publication

  • Validate the final PDF through IEEE PDF eXpress before uploading.
  • Complete the IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF) as prompted during the camera-ready step.
  • Camera-ready & registration deadline: 30 August 2026.
  • Accepted, registered, and presented papers from recent editions are indexed in IEEE Xplore, subject to the publisher's quality checks and approval.

4 · Registration & presentation

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
  • No-show policy: papers that are registered but not presented at the conference are treated as no-shows and are excluded from IEEE Xplore.
  • Virtual presentation is allowed; no kits or lunch are provided for virtual presentation attendees.
